Its planners were the architect Cesar Cattaneo and the painter Mario Radice. The idea was born in 1935 but the realization took place only the following year, during the VI International Triennial of architecture and of decorative arts of Milano.
After the exhibition it was destroyed and, in the 1960, rebuilt and placed at the center of the public square of Camerlata.
It is an abstract sculpture, with proportionate dimensions to the space that surrounds it: the spheres and the great candid circles, in a musical game of geometric relationships, are animated from the water and the green of the flower-bed that is the base of the fountain.
