It is the most accomplished early work of Italian Rationalism, built between 1927 and 1929, the architect Giuseppe Terragni. It rises shortly after the stadium and is a five-storey building and, for each of them there are eight apartments, for a total of 200 dwellings. Perfectly linear, without any concessions to the decoration and to the rhetorical, it is composed of simple elements, the well of the wall surfaces and glass, which scans the light and modulates rhythmically.
